Ludwig Anton Baumgartner has been an active artist for over 15 years, developing his work at the Arts Students League and DuCret School of Art. While working at Christie's, he showed annually during the Insider Art Show, as well with galleries throughout New York City. His work has been featured in independent films, and, more currently, he focuses on commissioned works. Ludwig has developed his own stylistic elements through conventional instruction in oils and acrylics as well as an infusion of outsider art, graffiti art, comic and illustration work.
The current series is a set of 8 works identifying various modern iconography as emblems of the 'Cult of Modern Mythology'.
